During this year’s E3 it was revealed that Activision, Brutal Legend ex-publisher, is suing Double Fine, Brutal Legend developer, in order to stop the release of the game. Now, we learn that Double Fine filed a countersuit against Activision, claiming that Activision’s suit is intended to hurt company and the game.

“Double Fine’s countersuit is a demonstration of our intention to fight for this game – Activision will not kill Brütal Legend”
