Double Fine Productions, Brutal Legend developer, has by sued by Activision as a last attempt to stop the release of the game, claiming that Double Fine transferred rights owned by Activistion to EA. According to Activision, they invested around $15 million in the game and therefor they still has a right to release the game.
Double Fine president Tim Schafer:
“Hey, if Activision liked it, then they should have put a ring on it. Oh great, now Beyoncé is going to sue me too.”
