Sony Europe has revealed that a playable demo for Killzone 2 will be available on the European PSN on February 5th. It will be available on the US PSN at the same time for those who pre-ordered the game at Gamestop. The demo will be available for all on the US PSN on February 26th – one day before the official release of the game.

“I can confirm that this will be live on the PSN store on Thursday 5th February (same day as SCEA) across all SCEE PSN locales.”

The demo will consist of the first two areas of Killzone 2’s first level – Corinth River – the “beach landing” and “warehouse”.  A tutorial will be included as well.
