Uncharted 2 will have it’s world premier at the 2008 Video Games Awards – December 14.

Naughty Dog revealed a trailer for the world premiere – and here it is:

Uncharted 2 will be called: Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. This time Nathan Drake will adventure will revolve around the 13th century explorer Marco Polo and his voyages. Uncharted 2 will have a new free climbing mechanic and stealth gameplay.
