The Videogamesplus Team has tested Gears of War 2 and Gears of War 2 Limited Edition and confirmed that they are both region free (the bonus disc that comes with the Limited Edition isn’t though).
Also, turns out that Tom Clancy’s EndWar is also region free.

i just tried to check the status of my faction on end war(site and actual game) and the progress just jumped back 7 turns and there are neutral territories…. whats going on???????????
