Ratchet and Clank: Quest for Booty Blu-Ray version is cancelled in the UK.
It will come out in other European countries, but not in the UK.
James Stevenson, Insomniac Games Community Manager has provided a reason at games forum NeoGAF:
“Just confirmed this – and it’s partially due to broadband penetration being strong in the UK therefore it wasn’t seen as needed (the main reason SCEE wanted BRD was due to broadband pen. in Europe).
The English copies I have here at the office are apparently what is being sold in Ireland, and if you’re looking for a Ratchet & Clank collector’s item (or are a game collector), this is one is now a pretty rare release (in general, but especially in English packaging).”
